This fresh cheese culture is perfect for soft buttery cheese, blue cheese and cheese requiring gas production and enhanced aroma, perfect for Cottage Cheese, Cream Cheese, Feta, Blue, Camembert, Brie, Quark and Chevre Frais.

Aromatic Mesophilic is a freeze-dried mixed strain culture containing Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar diacetylactis and Leuconostoc.

Aromatic Mesophilic is a gas-producing culture, where little air pockets will be observed in the cheese. If gas is not desired, then use the Mad Millie Cheese Culture.

Each sachet contains enough culture for 4 Litres of milk. Activity = 2.4 U.
