Gluten Reducer Enzyme
Significantly reduces the Gluten in beers brewed with barley or wheat.
Clarity Ferm is an enzyme used in brewing to improve beer clarity and reduce gluten content. It works by breaking down proteins that cause chill haze, and also cleaves gluten proteins, making beer potentially suitable for those with gluten sensitivities.
Clarity Ferm is added at the beginning of fermentation, typically when the yeast is pitched.
