The Still Spirits Create+ T500 Column & Condenser is a high-performance stainless steel reflux condenser designed to produce exceptionally clean neutral spirit and distilled water.
Its all-in-one reflux column and condenser is manufactured from durable 304-grade stainless steel and comes pre-packed with a combination of copper and stainless steel saddles. This packing creates effective vapour reflux while helping remove unwanted compounds from the distillate.
When operated according to the manufacturer’s instructions as part of a complete T500 system, the condenser can produce neutral spirit at up to 93% ABV before dilution.

Why Use a Reflux Condenser?
A reflux condenser repeatedly condenses and re-vaporises the rising vapour inside the packed column.
This process improves separation and allows the system to produce a cleaner, higher-purity distillate than a traditional pot still. The finished neutral spirit can be diluted and used as a base for vodka-style drinks, spirit essences, liqueurs and other flavoured spirits.
The copper packing also helps reduce unwanted sulphur compounds, while the stainless steel packing provides a large surface area for efficient reflux.

How to Use
Secure the T500 Column & Condenser to a compatible boiler using the supplied 2-inch tri-clamp and appropriate seal.
Connect the cooling-water tubes and tap adaptor as directed in the manufacturer’s instructions. Check that every connection is secure and that cooling water is flowing correctly before heating the boiler.
Monitor the digital thermometer and regulate the cooling-water flow throughout the distillation. Collect and separate the distillate strictly according to the supplied instructions.
Allow the equipment to cool completely before disassembly or cleaning.
Does This Include the T500 Boiler?
No. This product includes the T500 column, reflux condenser and listed accessories only.
A compatible boiler is required to create a complete distillation system.
Is This the New Create+ Model?
Yes. This is the Still Spirits Create+ model with a 2-inch tri-clamp connection.
