LalBrew House Ale™ is suitable for a wide range of beer styles, including IPAs, Blond Ales, and Stouts, due to its neutral fermentation profile.

BEERS TO BREW: Any Ale - Cream Ale, American Wheat, American Pale Ale, American Amber, American Brown, American IPA, American Stout, Russian Imperial Stout, Imperial IPA, Roggen/Rye, Old Ale and American Barleywine.

INGREDIENTS: Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae).

FERMENTATION: Ideally at 16-22°C

PITCHING: 11g per 20L to achieve a minimum of 2.5 - 5 million cells/mL

ATTENUATION: Medium to High.

FLOCCULATION: High.

SEDIMENTATION: Medium.
