Sloe Berries are a cousin of the cherry. Sloes are known for their tart flavour & mellow to rich almond flavour. Sloe Berries are common additions to gin, wine & liqueurs.

Blackthorn or Sloe, this fruit is perfect to make a Sloe Gin or Sloe Berry Schnapps.

Add 2-5ml to enhance & improve the fruity Sloe Berry character of your Gin.
