Dolcita (HBC 1019 c.v.) is a new proprietary hop variety celebrated for its vibrant, fruit-forward character. It delivers expressive notes of peach rings, caramelized pineapple, coconut, melon, and bright citrus zest, often compared to tropical cocktails and candied fruit.

This hop provides a sweet, juicy, and slightly creamy profile that makes it especially well-suited for hazy IPAs, pale ales, and fruit-forward lagers. Its balance of tropical fruit and citrus tones can also add depth to hop waters and non-alcoholic beers.
