Closed Transfer Line
2 x 9.5mm Disconnects & 2 Metres of larger line 6.3mm x 9.5mm for transferring
This line transfers your beer / brew from your Fermzilla or similar Pressure Fermenter to your keg, without it being exposed to oxygen or other wild microscopic organisms that can ruin the taste of your hard work.
1. Add a small amount of pressure to the empty keg that we are transferring to - around 3-5psi is fine. This will help prevent excess foaming.
2. Attach the spunding valve to the gas side of the keg. Set this to 0 for now
3. Hook the Fermzilla up to CO2 at 5psi. Connect the two liquid post together using the Closed Transfer Line - Liquid Fermzilla to Liquid on the Keg
4. Once set up with gas on, turn the spunding valve to 5psi
For best results have your empty keg on a set of scales so you know how much has gone into your keg 1 Litre = 1kg
