BRU-1 hops are known for their unique and complex aroma profile, often described as having intense fruit characteristics. They typically impart flavours and aromas reminiscent of Pineapple, Stone fruit (such as Peach or Apricot), and Tropical fruits.

Additionally, they can contribute hints of citrus and herbal notes, creating a vibrant and dynamic flavor profile in beers.

BRU-1 hops are frequently used in both hop-forward styles like Hazy IPA, NEIPA's, IPAs and pale ales, as well as in combination with other hop varieties to add depth and complexity to a wide range of beer styles.
