This Classic Wheat kit comes complete with American ale yeast. This cloudy Wheat Beer has a nice refreshing flavour from the wheat malt, with citrus and coriander spice flavours from the wheat beer yeast.

For a Wheat Beer add a tin of Wheat liquid malt extract, or 1kg Light Dried malt.

To add even more floral, earthy flavours, add noble hops like Hallertau, Saaz, Tettnanger or Hersbrucker hops.
