This classic lager is refreshing and light-coloured, with a balanced hop finish. Easy-drinking and sessionable.

Can be brewed Low or Mid, from 2.6% to 4.8% ABV. See can for recipe options.

For a dry, lower carb beer add a sachet of glucoamylase enzyme with the yeast.

For more flavour, dry-hop with 50g or more with NZ hops like Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka

For a stone fruit & citrus flavours, use Australian hops like Galaxy or Vic Secret for tropical fruit flavours.
