This Classic Brown Ale kit comes complete with Ale yeast. This medium-bodied caramel, toffee flavoured brown ale is a satisfying drink with a medium bitterness to finish.

For a classic Brown Ale add a tin of Amber liquid malt.

For a lighter version add 1kg Light Dried malt.

Finish with 30g of your favourite Australian, NZ or English hops for extra flavour.
