Rinse, Sanitise and Drain Bottles in One Convenient Station

Make bottling day faster and more organised with the KegLand Bottle Tree and Rinser Combo.

This complete bottle-preparation station combines a 63-bottle drying tree with the spring-loaded Master Blaster Bottle Rinser. Rinse or sanitise each bottle, then place it upside down on the tree to drain before filling.

The rinser installs on top of the bottle tree in place of the standard handle, creating a compact workstation that keeps rinsing solution, dripping bottles and bottling equipment contained in one area.

  • Keeps bottles inverted for effective drainage

  • Reduces handling during bottle preparation

  • Suitable for rinsing, cleaning or sanitising

  • Compact vertical design saves bench space

  • Ideal for beer, cider and wine bottling

Why Use a Bottle Tree and Rinser?

Clean and sanitised bottles are essential for protecting your finished beer, cider or wine from contamination.

The spring-loaded rinser applies cleaning solution, clean water or no-rinse sanitiser directly inside each bottle. The bottle can then be transferred immediately to the drying tree and stored upside down until it is ready to fill.

Keeping bottles inverted helps them drain while reducing the chance of dust or debris entering before bottling.

How to Assemble

Assemble the threaded bottle-tree sections securely onto the collection base.

To create the combined rinsing and drying station, remove the carry handle from the top of the tree and install the Master Blaster Bottle Rinser using the supplied longer spring.

Check that the tree is stable and place it on a level, water-resistant surface before use.

How to Use

Add a correctly diluted cleaning solution, rinse water or no-rinse sanitiser to the rinser reservoir.

Place a bottle upside down over the rinser nozzle and press down to activate the spring-loaded pump. The solution will spray inside the bottle.

Lift the bottle from the rinser, allow excess liquid to drain and place it upside down on one of the bottle-tree supports.

Repeat until your bottles are prepared and ready for filling.

Always follow the dilution and contact-time instructions supplied with your chosen cleaner or sanitiser.

How Many Bottles Does the Tree Hold?

The bottle tree holds up to 63 standard bottles when fully assembled.

Its vertical design provides plenty of drying capacity while occupying less bench space than laying bottles out individually.

Does the Rinser Fit on Top of the Bottle Tree?

Yes. The Master Blaster Bottle Rinser is designed to replace the handle on top of the KegLand 63-bottle tree.

Use the longer supplied spring when installing the rinser on the tree.

Can the Rinser Be Used Separately?

Yes. The bottle rinser can also be used as a standalone benchtop unit when it is not mounted on the drying tree.

Can I Use No-Rinse Sanitiser in the Rinser?

Yes. A correctly diluted no-rinse brewing sanitiser can be placed in the reservoir and pumped into clean bottles immediately before filling.

The rinser does not replace proper cleaning. Bottles containing visible residue or dried deposits should be thoroughly cleaned before sanitising.

Does the Bottle Tree Dry the Bottles Completely?

The tree holds bottles upside down so excess liquid can drain and air can circulate.

Drying time depends on bottle size, room temperature and ventilation. Bottles treated with a suitable no-rinse sanitiser do not normally need to be completely dry before filling.

Can I Use It for Wine Bottles?

The tree can hold many common beer and wine bottles, provided the bottle neck sits securely on the support.

Check the stability of larger or unusually shaped bottles before loading the tree completely.

How Should I Clean the Bottle Tree and Rinser?

Empty the rinser after use and rinse it thoroughly with clean water.

Wash the bottle-tree base and supports with a suitable brewing cleaner, rinse well and allow every component to air dry before storage.

Do not store mixed cleaning or sanitising solution inside the rinser.
