Sanitiser kills microorganisms on brewing equipment etc, sanitising prevents spoilage (those weird flavours in your homebrew).
Sanitise all your brewing equipment, kegs, bottles and surface areas. Use in your airlock for extra sanitation while brewing.
Mix 2.5ml per 1 Litre of water - contact time on surface 30 seconds minimum.
This 500ml bottle makes up 200 Litres of sanitiser.
