Make your own refreshing Pub Squash drink at home with the Impressence Lemon Pub Squash Flavour Shot.
This concentrated 50mL flavour shot delivers the classic sweet and zesty lemon pub squash flavour and can be used to make either an alcoholic hard pub squash or a non-alcoholic pub squash soft drink.
Perfect for kegging, simply mix with the required ingredients, carbonate and serve cold.
Make Your Own Hard Pub Squash
For a 19L keg at approximately 4.5% ABV:
- 2.14L neutral spirit or 40% vodka
- 4 x Impressence Pub Squash Flavour Shots
- 1.66kg white sugar
- Water to 19L
- 2 x Impressence FermStop sachets
Mix the keg contents thoroughly and carbonate to approximately 3.5 volumes of CO₂. An optimum carbonation setting is approximately 20 PSI at 2°C.
9.5L Hard Pub Squash Recipe
For a 9.5L keg at approximately 4.5% ABV:
- 1.07L neutral spirit or 40% vodka
- 2 x Impressence Pub Squash Flavour Shots
- 830g white sugar
- Water to 9.5L
- 1 x Impressence FermStop sachet
Mix thoroughly and carbonate to approximately 3.5 volumes of CO₂.
Make Non-Alcoholic Pub Squash
Prefer a refreshing non-alcoholic Pub Squash?
Follow the same recipe but leave out the neutral spirit or vodka. The Impressence flavour shot can be used to make a carbonated pub-style squash soft drink at home.
