Cascade hops are characterized by their distinct aroma, described as a mix of Floral, Citrus and Spicy notes, particularly Grapefruit.

Originally grown in Oregon USA the are commonly used in American-style Pale Ales, India Pale Ales (IPAs), and other hoppy beer styles.

Cascade hops are the quintessential flavour of old school American pale ales.
