This seal kit is designed for standard NukaTap SS taps only. It does not suit NukaTap Flow Control or NukaTap Mini models.

When Should Beer Tap Seals Be Replaced?

Most beer tap seals will last for an extended period when the tap is regularly cleaned and correctly lubricated.

Replacement may be necessary when:

• The tap drips after being closed

• Beer leaks around the tap handle or bonnet

• The tap becomes stiff or difficult to operate

• A washer is cracked, flattened or damaged

• A seal is lost during cleaning or disassembly

• The tap has experienced heavy commercial use

Before replacing the seals, check that the tap is clean and assembled correctly, as dried beer residue can also cause stiffness or leaking.

How to Install

1. Disconnect the keg and release pressure from the dispensing system.

2. Remove the tap from the shank if required.

3. Carefully disassemble the tap over a clean work surface.

4. Note the location and orientation of each existing seal.

5. Clean and sanitise the tap components.

6. Replace the old seals with the matching components from the kit.

7. Apply a very light coating of food-grade keg lubricant where appropriate.

8. Reassemble the tap and reconnect it to the system.

9. Pressure-test the tap and check for leaks before serving.

Will This Kit Fix a Dripping NukaTap?

It may fix a dripping tap when the leak is caused by a worn, damaged or incorrectly seated internal seal.

A tap can also drip because of dried beverage residue, incorrect assembly or damage to a metal component. Clean and inspect the complete tap while it is disassembled.

Does This Kit Suit NukaTap Flow Control Taps?

No. This Generation 3 kit is designed for standard NukaTap SS non-flow-control beer taps.

NukaTap Flow Control models require their own compatible flow-control seal kit.

Does It Suit the NukaTap Mini?

No. The NukaTap Mini uses different components and is not compatible with this seal kit.

How Many Taps Will One Kit Service?

One kit contains the replacement seals required to service one compatible NukaTap SS beer tap.

Should I Use Keg Lubricant?

Yes. A very light application of food-grade keg lubricant can help protect suitable seals and support smooth tap operation.

Do not use excessive lubricant, and only use a product approved for beverage equipment.

Should I Replace Every Seal at Once?

If the tap is already disassembled, replacing all worn or aged seals can reduce the likelihood of another leak developing shortly afterwards.

If the seals remain in good condition, you may choose to replace only the damaged component and keep the remaining parts as spares.
