This Kolsch is a light-bodied beer with a subtle fruitiness, and sometimes with a subtle noble hop aroma. Originating form Germany, this very pale coloured beer is brewed with a European ale yeast.

Can be brewed Low or Mid, from 2.6% to 4.8% ABV. See can for recipe options

Dry Hop Suggestions : Option to dry-hop to add a subtle hop aroma, use a more noble hop like Tettnanger, Hallertau, or Saaz
