Cylinder Refill Requirements
For safety and compliance, your CO₂ cylinder must:
- Be completely empty
- Have a clear and visible test-date stamp
- Be within its required 10-year test period
- Have a compatible Australian Type 30 valve
- Be clean, undamaged and in good working condition
- Have regulators, adaptors, check valves and other fittings removed
We reserve the right to refuse any cylinder that is damaged, contaminated, out of test or otherwise unsuitable for safe filling.
Cylinders We Cannot Refill
We cannot refill rental, exchange-network or supplier-owned cylinders, including cylinders belonging to:
- BOC
- Supagas
- Air Liquide
- Other rental or exchange-cylinder providers
We refill compatible privately owned CO₂ cylinders that meet the required safety and test conditions.
