Powerful Brewery and Keg Cleaner
StellarClean PBW is a powerful, non-caustic alkaline cleaner formulated to remove stubborn brewing residue from kettles, fermenters, kegs, beer lines and brewing systems.
Its active-oxygen formula penetrates dried yeast, protein deposits, fatty residue, staining and baked-on organic material. StellarClean also contains buffers, surfactants and water-conditioning ingredients, giving it broader cleaning performance than sodium percarbonate alone.

Recommended Dosage
Concentrated Cleaning, Scrubbing and Beer Lines
Use 10–15g per litre of water.
Suitable for spray bottles, manual scrubbing and heavily soiled equipment.
Clean-in-Place and Recirculation
Use 2.5–5g per litre of water.
Recirculate the solution through brewing systems, pumps, keg washers and chillers to remove residue from difficult-to-reach surfaces.
Soaking Kettles, Fermenters, Kegs and Tanks
Use 0.5–1g per litre of water.
Allow heavily soiled equipment to soak for an extended period or overnight when required.
How to Use StellarClean PBW

Rinse away loose brewing residue.

Mix StellarClean with water at the recommended dosage.

Allow additional contact time for dried or stubborn deposits.

StellarClean PBW vs Sodium Percarbonate
Sodium percarbonate is an economical cleaner for everyday brewing residue. However, repeated use may leave behind oils, scale and difficult organic deposits that sodium percarbonate alone does not remove effectively.
StellarClean combines active oxygen with additional cleaning agents, buffers and water conditioners. This makes it a stronger all-purpose option for stubborn residue, hard-water conditions and clean-in-place brewing systems.
Is StellarClean a Sanitiser?
No. StellarClean PBW is a cleaner, not a sanitiser.
Cleaning removes dirt, yeast, protein and organic residue. After cleaning and rinsing, use a suitable brewing sanitiser such as StellarSan immediately before the equipment contacts cooled wort or finished beer, cider or spirits.
