Deep Red, generously all-American hopped, Sweet malt Caramel and Tropical fruits

Yeast Suggestion: BRY-97, US-05, House Ale, Nottingham

Dry Hop Suggestion: Citra 50g, Mosaic 25g, Simcoe 50g

*Yeast & Dry Hops NOT included.

Fresh Wort Kits are 15 Litres of freshly brewed wort, hopped & ready for you to ferment.

Pour FWK into sanitised fermenter, add 5 Litres of filtered water & the suggested yeast and then ferment away.

Fresh Wort Kits are fresher, tastier & easier than the messy Kit & Kilo (tin & sugar) as the wort isn’t boiled down until it fits into a tin.

Fresh Wort Kits taste just like it would at the brewery, and are an excellent option if you don’t have the time, skill or equipment to do a full All Grain Brew.
