A determined all-rounder, hitting a balance between sweet, malt biscuit flavour and the bitter wallop of generous doses of American hops.

Yeast Suggestion: US05, BRY-97 or House Ale
Dry Hop Suggestion: Centennial 50g, Citra 50g

*Yeast & Dry Hops NOT included.

Fresh Wort Kits are 15 Litres of freshly brewed wort, hopped & ready for you to ferment.

Pour FWK into sanitised fermenter, add 5 Litres of filtered water & the suggested yeast and then ferment away.

Fresh Wort Kits are fresher, tastier & easier than the messy Kit & Kilo (tin & sugar) as the wort isn’t boiled down until it fits into a tin.

Fresh Wort Kits taste just like it would at the brewery, and are an excellent option if you don’t have the time, skill or equipment to do a full All Grain Brew.
